You know why death and gore is so fascinating to us westerners? It's because none of you deep down inside really believe death is a real thing that happens to anyone.

You've all been raised under this delusion that you're going to somehow or another live forever and that physically dying is just some kind of sloughing off of a mortal coil to transition into some higher plane of existence.

When a bullet goes through your brain or your body gets cut away from your neck or you get run over by a tank or your skull is smashed against the earth at terminal velocity, that's it. You're done. Your story ends there. Not a fade to black. You're not even conscious of the moment that it happens.

In fact, our conscious experience of the world is slightly delayed (about one third of a second) and all our decisions and choices are really entirely unconscious or a kind of reflex and we only experience it as a conscious choice a fraction of a second afterward. Even if we were experiencing life in real time, a bullet through your brain would disrupt consciousness before you could process the sound of the gun fire.

And what happens after? Nothing. There is nothing afterwards. Like I said, your story, your narrative, it just stops. The end. Like a movie that just suddenly stops. Sort of like the end of the Sopranos. You don't die a hero. You don't save the world. You don't slowly fade in the arms of your comrade or loved one. You're just a machine made of meat and it's being shut off.

The full story behind this vid:

Dumb mother fucker wasn't even involved in the situation. He had an open use of force case with this particular department so he had history with them and openly tried to antagonize them on a regular basis. There was a SWAT call out to a home a little ways down the road from where the black car was parked. fuckhead shows up to do fuckhead stuff and tries to walk RIGHT INTO the area where the SWAT units are and is told to turn around and leave. so he goes back to put his dog in the car with the windows down. He then refuses to leave and keeps approaching/antagonizing the perimeter units.

Cops arrest him because he keeps interfering, and his dog, being a good faithful dog, is trying to protect its owner. If this dipshit gave a fuck about his dog, he wouldn't have brought him to that situation. The dog did what it was supposed to do, but i'll be damned if I'm going to take the chance of letting a dog that size bite me before i shoot it. fuck that.
