I've done it. It took about 3 weeks of practice/stretching for me to get half of my dick in my mouth.

The idea is great, but actually doing it isn't that good. You have to focus so much on maintaining position, that you can't focus on enjoying the sucking/getting sucked. I've ejaculated a few times with it, and I don't even remember what it felt like because I was so busy keeping up the position.
