I think Brassard does it in one stage now. Mine was I'd say a 1 1/2 stage. I specifically asked about the need for a labiaplasty in my consultation. Menard told me he wanted to be conservative to reduce the risk of necrosis, but enough was done so that a labiaplasty wasn't strictly mandatory. What I'm lacking is a properly hooded clitoris and the labia minora are a bit poorly defined and small. I'm not 100% sure that Brassard does it all in one stage but that's the impression I get. You'd have to get in contact with his clinic to be sure. Based on pictures I think Menard might have started doing it in one stage before he retired, but I don't know if I'm looking at post-labiaplasty pictures or not.
