IMO PMV are shit, I much more prefer Cocks Heroes than this. Cock Heroes have a beat meter, challenges and rules while PMVs have nothing. Most PMVs have awful music that isn't even synchronised with the videos I agree that Cock Heroes have that too but it's only one or two songs per video. Also Cock Heroes are much longer 1h and these PMVs are only 3 minutes. Basically no work is put into PMVs while Cock Heroes take at least a week to make. Plebs and Patricians I would say

I think well-made PMVs can be just as good as cock hero, although I'll admit its easier to just be lazy and make basic pmvs. If you look at mine in the link there's only one build-up I like (when they're inserting) and it's mostly just because I didn't have time to synch everything perfectly.

The CH makers definitely put more work into it. My problem with CH is that many of them change around too much: one second it's vaginal, the next it's a girl in a bikini, then a bj, then anal then a facial and basically it's just inconsistent chaos.

In either of these videos I definitely like the format of intro (girls in the scenes stripping/dancing), BJ, then fucking and end it with either facials or creampies. I def prefer creampies but they're not as common which makes the whole thing harder.

One thing to remember is that when you make one of these, you have to download and sort through a LOT of porn. You have to go through the clips to find the parts you want, then you have to properly trim every single clip perfectly with the song.

Low-effort PMVs take about an hour to make not including downloading time, the ones that are cut super well take 2 hours + (even for just a single song), and jeez i have no idea how long the 30- minute cock hero vids take.

How much effort is required depends on how long the video is and how long the cuts last (Length of video / time of cut = number of cuts required) and each cut takes about a minute to place and trim.

That's true, for reference Lisa ann used to do scenes by request for 1500-2000 (unless theres anal then its 5000). You do have to pay for travel expenses, makeup, lighting cameras etc so it's a bit more expensive than you think.
