Due to bad dental hygiene from my youth most of my teeth is either replaced or capped.
I have one tooth that is so rotted that I can't even pull it out because there is too little to grab onto and I can't pay for it to get pulled out.

I have a weird yeast infection that I've had over a year but nothing's really worked on it, I have tried to make time to visit a doctor but I hardly ever get time these days and since I can't afford health insurance a single doctor visit will take weeks of savings.

I work at a shitty pizza delivery place as a driver and survive solely off of tips and I have no future aspirations or goals beyond that because I utterly failed in college and I don't see anyway I could possibly get a better job than I do right now due to my social anxiety and my inability to speak without stuttering and stumbling over my words constantly.

This isn't even the worst I've been in.
I've been abandoned by my mother with my abusive, racist step-father when I was younger and he'd beat me or sometimes lock me out of the house to get back at my mother. I've had days where I would sit in my mom's car in the Floridian summer heat for hours on end while she was inside her dealer's house getting high off pills.
I've been an outcast since middle school and no matter what I try to do I can never find a clique or group I can blend in because I either have too varying interests or I can't bring myself to like the personalities within the group.
I've been homeless for weeks at a time and to top it all off I can't even sign myself off to the military for a decade to get some sort of skills because they don't accept people who have ADHD and are medicated for it (even though I've told them that I don't actually take the meds.)

My life was pretty much over before it began as far as I'm concerned. I've been fucked so hard in so many ways that were completely out of my control and everytime I try to put in effort to make something better I end up fucking up more.

My first advice would be to find a better job but I know how hard that is with social anxiety. But all it would take is better pay to turn some things around, right? If so, that's a goal there. No matter how difficult it may be, you get better pay and you can fix a few problems which will snowball a positive effect. 21 means you have a lot of time to turn things around. Assuming you have no bad habits, like drug abuse, you have only a financial hurdle in order to start improving your self.
I don't blame you for being miserable, the self pity is warranted, the desire to give up makes sense. I'm probably not helping much but I do know how it feels to be in a bad situation and feel like there's nothing good in your life, and nobody to turn to. And it may seem like obvious shit to do in order to feel less like crap, because it is. The motivation to actually do the obvious shit is the hardest thing to keep though. And with anxiety you constantly set up barriers for yourself and say you can't do things, it makes simple tasks seem impossible. But sometimes your views on yourself don't matter, especially with working in most places; you just need to be a cog in a machine. There's a lot of people that just want somebody to do what they're told.

I dunno what else to say, I just don't want you to feel like giving up is the only option I guess. It's just the option that seems easier than trying to escape a dull life and failing again, which makes it a really fucking appealing option. If you don't want to find a new job, or you look for excuses not to, that's fine. But just thinking about it may open your eyes to what even a little more money could help you achieve.
