Depends on how it's done. If they stop the stimulation as you're cumming, it reduces the intensity of the orgasm but not by that much. It's just not as strong as it would normally be.

However! If they stop stimulating you as you're just about to climax (where you feel you're reaching the point of no return) it can actually increase the duration of the orgasm and it feels pretty good.

Half the point that, if done right (stop just as, or just before, orgasm/ejaculation and no stimulation after) then it's extremely sexual and you get the start of an amazing orgasm, but none of the satisfaction or pleasure that you should.
