I don't think you necessarily have to quit porn. I think a break is nice every now and then, because you'll get bored of sex, and bored of sex is bored of life. I never understood how you people are able to fap 5 times in a row. I've maxed at 2 in a row (when i had enough time to) and 2 fap sessions in a day but that used to happen rarely in the past.

I am not against porn but I was unaware of the consequences of mass consuming internet pornography and it nearly consumed me.
The hard barriers were: days, then two weeks, then one month, three months, six months... I had to change places and habits, distract myself with really time consuming hobbies.
It is not easy but you will feel the change. After 20 years I cried for the first time, I get feelings back.
As I said, I am still here sometimes but I am delighted that most of this stuff is now disgusting (come on, shitting, pissing, spitting, slapping faces, ATM, "women" with dicks?) or boring (bad acting? ugly people? stupid fake moaning?).
