I have a question about something kinda related to this, mainly the pain/satisfaction of removing something from your body.

I used to have this one pimple on the base of my middle finger, on the palm side, which never went away and grew bigger over time. It was super hard and it seemed to have a "core" of sorts that was deeper inside the hand.

One day I took some pliers and managed to get them fixed on each side of the "core" thing and over the course of fiddling with it and pushing through the pain for literally hours I manage to pull it out of my hand. It was probably 5mm deep or something, it hurt and bled like a mf but it was sooo satisfying to do at the same time. It never came back after that.
