Alrighty,

First of all, all of the gifs here aren't really 'hypnosis', they probably fall more into the realm of captioned gifs.

A few tips, however, on improving:
1) Any sort of transparent spiral spinning overlayed on top of any of these would make them instantly seem a lot more 'hypnotic'. Spirals are a big symbol of hypnosis, so having one there does half the work for you.

2) I've noticed that hypno gifs that constantly zoom into still images at a fast past seem really hypnotic. Combining this with a spiral would probably be too much... So maybe a word in the centre of the screen that changes, and you alternate between pictures every third/fourth of a second. This gives a sort of 'rush' feeling which I think correlates back to hypno a bit. Feeling your feelings going out of control, etc.

3) If you want to make your gifs more womanly, decorate them like so. Plain serif black and white text is a bit dull.... Maybe some pink text, or a curly girly font? Maybe you could do a slight pink filter over the top? Kind of sucks that you have that error you talk about in the OP.

4) What you have in >>10558887 is good, but I'm really only referring to the text around the head. When it comes quickly like that, you get that 'rush' feeling, as in (2). >>10558866 however kind of feels like... An advert? A line of text flashing at constant pace feels a bit weird.

5) Sliding in frames very quickly between scenes again brings this 'rush' feeling. If you've ever heard of the 24th frame gimmick, the idea is that you slide in a frame very quickly so that nobody realises it's there consciously, whilst unconsciously they feel the 'effects' of the hypnosis. Of course, that doesn't work, but if you slid in a picture contrasting the scene for a fraction of a second (just enough to process it), then it might look nice. For example, have a girl dressed up nicely behaving, then rapidly have >>10558874 slide in and out quickly.

Here's an example where the flashing frame thing is way too fast. When I take time to concentrate on the text, and it takes a few iterations to read the text that pops up... That kind of snaps whoever out of the 'hypnosis'

If you ask how I got these, I googled a combination of "Bimbo hypno gif" "sissy hypno gif" and "hypno gif tumblr". I know these aren't really what you're aiming at, but you could take the good parts of them and incorporate them into your work!

I'm going to see if I can use Photoshop CS2 to get colors to stay and quality to remain, you'll notice the black and white gifs are lesser quality, I have no idea why ImageReady does this.

Even with pink overlays across the gif it'll save as a graytone, very frustrating!

I'll need to hunt for more gifs to add the 'innocence > slut' vibe and more spiralling or spiritual imagery to overlay onto so...

If anyone has gifs of cute innocent girls or spiralling imagery or geometric trippy imagery to overlay and transition between, you'd cut down the lengthiest part of this gif creation process.

Okay, so found a way to preserve color, need to do the editing in photoshop then export it into imageready to properly save it as a gif animation, versus whatever the fuck a 'CompuServ Gif' file format is.
