May I say I'm a trannie that transitioned some years ago and I would give a lot for a real female reproductive organ. With that said, I looked around and never found any procedure satisfactory enough for me to climb on an operation table. The only operations I've had has been cosmetic: boobs and facial feminization; they helped immensely to transition and give me confidence. Now, the 'down there' surgery, I was active in some fora at the time of my transition and noticed a pattern: all of us transitioning were extremely happy and forthcoming about all the good in our lives after we began living as women, and then the euphoria subsided somewhat, but people never 'dropped off' suddenly. They were around, as I was, to help the newbies, and just fool around among us. Now, the ones that got SRS, after a couple of months were always disappearing from the forum. This gave me some pause. This happened to all kinds of personalities: happygoers, worry-a-lot people, and everyone in between. I don't know, sexual gratification is very central to me, and even if I have to use a penis, I'm so glad to feel pleasure whenever I want. The procedure for SRS takes the glans and cuts most of it to create the 'neo-clitoris', cutting off most nerve endings to the main pleasure point of male anatomy, others not giving such an easy orgasm, like the ass, or the prostate. Honestly I'm happy with my result so far. Everything I dislike about the whole experience has been more focused on the trials of having surgery done rather than the result itself. Dilation is rough but is getting progressively easier and sometimes feels pretty damn good now. External sensation is great but I'm still sore so I have to hold off on masturbating proper for a little bit longer.

I think I'll be a lot happier when my swelling comes down more and I'm cleared to have sex again. Forced celibacy sucks but in the end it's worth it.
