So I've got a question, but I'll dump some hitherto un-posted original conversions I've made the last while. Been meaning to post them anyhow.
Question: How the hell do you change the TITLE of a .webm, rather than just the name? I can name a file "big_floppy_tits.webm" all day long but VLC still displays a big, penetration-obscuring title "RARBG.COM - TUSHY 14.12.08.karla.1080blablafuckingbla" for 2/3 of the clip. Opening the file's properties displays the "name" and the "title" but does not let you modify the title to something smaller and less obtrusive, and I can't find any way to shut off the title display on VLC.

Tools > Media Information (ctrl-i)
A problem I've had with this method is that it opens the metadata for the file selected in playlist and not the file currently playing. Dunno if this will apply to you, it could be that I have some strange setting applied.

Damn, I played with it but couldn't get the metadata to commit to the change. I was able to type in a simpler title and click to "save metadata" but it keeps the original data instead of actually saving it.

AFAIK, you'll need to re-encode or use FFMPEG to alter the meta title and save a copy...
>ffmpeg -i input.webm -c copy -metadata title="New Title" output.webm
You could also disable the title being displayed in Tools > Preferences > Subtitles / OSD > Show media title on video start

Thank you very much sir, that is exactly what i was looking for. My lazy ass just completely missed that whole obvious "subtitles/OSD" setting, I feel stupid.

I will continue dumping. Most of these other ones I have posted here and there before but I haven't seen them around so I'll re-post.

Glad you kept it alive, I was gone all day yesterday and figured she'd be dead by now haha, thanks.

And I am a LITTLE bit of a fag. The reason that half of these don't have audio is because I wasn't aware of -acodec libvorbis and 4chan wouldn't accept my default audio codec.

I forgot her name. Anyone?
Are there any good websites for converting videos to WebM while compressing them for 4chan's shit size limit? I've been trying to use one that claims to adjust the bitrate but it isn't lowering the file size.
