I know of one case where someone may or may not have deliberately destroyed their fence to allow their dogs to kill a neighbor they had a legal feud with.

Police did end up killing the dogs because the dogs were guarding the body.

Once the neighbors found out police killed their dogs, they wouldn't co-operate.

Well when was attacked in high school It was 2 German shepards who weren't chained up and ran through an open fence as I was walking home from school. By the time I heard the pitter patter of their footsteps I look back and both dogs were in a full sprint coming at me. My first instinct was to try running away. Little fucking good that did. That just gave both of then 2 juicy targets, the back of my knees. These motherfuckers knew exactly where to bite to bring me down. 1 kept biting and releasing the back of my left leg.
