Also, control your collar bones. Look at the Francis model - there's these things called twist bones, use them. Reduce camera motion and make it come back to the loop start point. Add a little bit of finger motion. Rotate the pelvis upwards on impact and adjust the rest of the spine accordingly. Translate the lower spine bone towards the pelvis slightly on impact to make the spine look a bit more bendy. Delay upper body motion to simulate resistance to impact forces. Animate the penis so that it stays in the vagina.

The guy's arms are absolutely retarded and the hands are there just to be there, they're not holding anything. The same issues apply to Samus' arms, and the one in the foreground jumps in and out of the elbow socket. Work on this because otherwise it's not bad.

Other minor mistakes: you overdid the guy's abdomen muscles, that's what it would look like on a very low fat % *female* bodybuilder. Also try to do something with the penis, it's too rigid while changing its position too much, making it look like Samus is really loose.
