Suffered the same, severe memory loss, complete lack of being able to focus on anything and just going from a smart guy to a total dumbass. I was scared by how my brain was fucked. I was never very good at math but back then I couldn't even solve something like 230x5 without a noteblock because my brain was just jumping all around. Have to say that it was paired with smoking weed for some time too, but even when I quit it didn't get any better. As soon as I started getting out of the house more I got my memory and focus back.

Add to that a lack of fresh air and exercise from this kind of lifestyle then you feel it even more. i spent years in front of the screen but balanced it out with working out, school/work and then socializing or just being out away from the screen.
