It is a font called 'Shatter', but it's made from an oblique cut of Helvetica, so you can just make it yourself by playing around with Pathfinder

Type out the word you want in Helv Oblique, convert to outlines (cmd+shift+o), put a rectangle over the part you want to cut out, try the different pathfinder options.
