Gonna just pop in here for a quick question aswell:

What is the style of art of pic related called? Yes I know what it depicts. It popped up in a tv thread and some people asked what the style is called but no one seems to know.

a) It's 4chan, they wouldn't know of Erbar, Avant-Garde is pre-installed on most machines.
b) The most identifying letter there is the C, which is distinctly Avant-Garde and would rule out Erbar
c) There are subtle height differences and stroke lengths which feel way more AVG than Erbar.
d) I suspect you were just trying to namedrop a less popular font

I would like to live in whatever world you're living in, maybe, they would have Gill Sans on there too. The main reason I suggested Erbar was because of the A mainly didn't resemble ITC Avant-Garde's, but you're definitely right in the end. At least it's not Kabel.
