What's the secret behind a professional football team? You hire players & coaches who are professionals in the game, not people that kick a ball around on the weekend.

Same with design. You hire people that know what they fuck they're doing to design it.

keep a nice grid, downscale it to see if it works nicely when tiny on a piece of paper or something, not too many colours, keep a small amount of text
