Also, design is derivative so you can expect to see patterns in designs that are used universally. It depends how much of a 'copy' it is?

also copying a line of code or icon or something is like copying a generic rhyming line in a poem or song.
some times there are only certain ways to do things. for example, a line icon of a clock.
more than 1 person can make a 50x50 circle at 3pt and 12 1pt red lines evenly spaced.
and if it's already online why would person 2 want to do the hand work if asked, they could replicate it?
