would Frutiger be proud of me?
if not, how could I step up the game?
Frutiger was a typeface designer so he probs wouldn't have given a shit desu senpai
The big letters look awesome. Great balance and positioning. The little alphabet and nametag look off though. They look like they're not aligned to anything in particular.

ya is good op

Bretty gud, but could use more white balancing, OP.
The white space underneath the V is way too generous if you compare it to the rest of the poster. That with the fact that the small type cannot be parallel to both sides of the V makes me want to switch that letter for something more straight, but that might just be my OCD triggering.

I finally went with this, theres less movement because I removed all obliques but I think it blend a little bit better. It's 22x29 by the way.

this is an improvement. the small type on the u isn't quite there yet.

nice one dude!

I enjoyed the obliques, OP. What is the purpose of the poster? Does it have to work as a type specimen? I wouldn't advise my students to strain the eye so much on the small type.
Also, the reduced white space now made the right-most letter stand out way too much, i'd look into that. Making progress though, keep it up.

To add onto my own comment, i'd try using that dark blot as a space for the small type, it will give you a single area in which to introduce all the information you need, and will also help alleviate it's prominence.
So anon, what am I looking at here?
