Saw this while browsing. Can anyone tell me how they made this

Color correcting, adjusting levels, adding noise and putting a texture on top (grabbing a picture of a canvas and changing the blending mode).

You get texture on one side and colors on the other. You can then apply canvas texture to image of your liking.

Yeah well the guy makes a living of those videos while you come to /gd/ for advice.
Besides I had to do something similar (blending real photo parts into paint with crackled texture) and this video was quite useful.
