personally a big manga studio fan, its strokes are as fluid as paint tool, but it can draw in vector which has some sick advantages

i guess the purpose of your drawing is important:
-logo sketches?
-landscapes?
-characters?
-etc etc

autodesk sketchbook is also a good option
