Cool idea! I don't really like the spikes, it looks too much like a crown to me, but I really like the "spaghetti" and the dripping stuff.

Made a quick sketch out of your idea + a skull icon I was already messing around with. I think it looks pretty cool. Maybe I'll try to make a fork going into the skull.

How did you make the "spaghetti" part of this icon? I would like to recreate it but make them slighly rounder.

Update. Too edgy? I feel like the font doesn't really fit anymore either.

I think it looks great, particularly without the fork.
As far as the font, maybe go in the opposite direction like the font used by the chef boyardee brand.

Just to update you guys, I think I'm going with >>295750. Am currently cleaning it up and converting it to vector. Might also try making the spaghetti more wavy like >>295868 suggested.

Any suggestions for a font? I think the font >>295790 suggested is a bit too restaurant-y.
