I think it is a very nice design.

I like how it breaks the norm of having every letter of a sentence on the same line.

Blurred letters really help the eye focus on the image below. Good job!

You actually put the effort in and made it look at least interesting by making slight adjustments like making the text and the background blurry so the eyes are forced to go up or down to see some shitty ass pictures, with the software we have today, most graphic designs end up looking clean, but lots of it is still garbage because of the artists lack of talent.
