Hello would anyone have any information on how I can create a pokeball like the one in the images in photoshop please
You need the balls to look reflective and the images of creatures optically distorted to imply reflection on the surface >>280053 or being inside of the ball >>280054.
To simulate reflection you need a lot of specular highlights and gradients that realistically cover the shape of a ball. The creatures could be distorted using simple warp in PS.

another thing: i'm not sure if it's in PS because i use GIMP, but if you can map a semi-transparent image of the surroundings to a sphere, you could overlay it to look like a reflection (that's *sort of* how cubemap reflections work in 3d games.)
