Me and some friends are organizing a vidya tournament and we needed a logo. The name of the event is "Frenesis! uno" which is a pun between GENESIS (a melee tournament) and frenzy but in spanish (because we're spics)
I came up with these two ideas and I wanna know what gou think and also accept suggestions for improvement

Fix the letter spacing. It looks awkward and unbalanced. Kind of looks like: "F RENE SIS!".
Try balancing the spacing a bit.

Try to change the shadow's opacity to about 75%.

If you're going with your first logo, it needs a different colour for the "UNO". The eye is drawn to it immediately. Using the O in UNO with the exclamation point is a good idea.

Just another tip, I think the accent mark should be rectangular or less round.
