i just saw some neural processing images and find it cool
here: http://ostagram.ru/?locale=en
anyone know a software or a pluggin to do same thing? with high resolution would be great
here's the full list

I'm afraid i'm too noob to use these : /

use youtube and search for the name of each there's probably some videos explaining the process on how to do it.

Not him, but even after searching it seems like there's no documentation or walkthroughs for anybody not knowledgeable in Python. Hell, just trying to install the pre-requisites like DeepPy looks like the same problem.
It's a shame, since I thought this would be something really interesting to play around with. I'll keep looking, but I'm certainly not finding anything promising.
>only works in Linux
Well fuck, that was a whole lot of work for nothing. Are there any more online services like the one in the OP but that don't force you to go through paywalls?
i would pay if renders high res. but i don't want to use russian sites in bitcoin and stuff. cause could be for job.
if you found a descent website i'm interessed : )

From what I've read certain styles can turn out grainy as of now but they're optimizing. They can do a png clear layer which seems neat
