good. they don't deserve the iPhone.

V30 and Pixel 2 appear to be the first two phones that will operate on the 600mhz band.

Kinda weird how the LG V30 with the Qualcomm X16 and the Note8 with the same Qualcomm X16 modem can't connect to the same network.

T-Mobile won't deploy 600mhz en masse until maybe 2020

Jesus fucking christ. Welp there goes my appetite for the iPhone 8. Samshit 8 it is now.

>>
>>62461420
The S8 and S8+ and Note8 have a modem that technically can support 600mhz but apparently it requires some sort of extra hardware antenna or something because the LG V30 uses the same modem and it work with the 600Mhz Tmobile, but the Samsung phones don't.
>>
>>62461411
Maybe if you weren't a flyover we would care.

I bet you don't even have 1gbps fiber internet either.

source?

I was looking at the V30 but the bootloop thing is making me kinda worry.
>>
>>62461447
Qualcomm confirmed the X16 supports the 600Mhz band ONLY on phones where the manufacturer elected to add support.

So far that's the V30 and the Pixel 2/XL as far as I am aware.

Band 71 was only added in march.
Only 1 modem currently 'supports' it and it's flaky (as are all qualcomm modems though)

Samsung won't have support either.
Even though they actually wrote most of the documentation for interoperability on Band 71.

T-Mobile is not a carrier, they are the Un-carrier. For 20 years, T-Mobile has brought the best wireless experience directly to consumers. T-Mobile lives in the now, and right now they are offering the best deals for you and your family. You can unlock Unlimited Everything Plan on 4 lines for 40 dollars a month, or pay as you go. No contract. No bills. No hassle by prepaying for unlimited data and texts for only 30 dollars.
With T-Mobile you can be anywhere with the most advance 4g LTE network in America.
>>
>>62461981
He didn't T-mobile was poor themselves, but that are a carrier for poor people.
Carrying the poor doesn't make you poor, it's actually quite profitable.

Nah a bit better than that.
100/40mbps VDSL2 connection, but that's the realworld throughput.

This ISP is garbage and will soon be replaced with AussieBroadband who have a local DC, so the roundtrip times should drop back down to a respectable 5ms (and it's routing to Sydney then back, since that's where MyRepublic's sihit s - for ALL of Australia, fucking dickheads)
Throughput should also go up but VDSL has overhead so I'm probably expecting around ~92/36

>>62462537

>>
>>62462581
Like I said, routing everything half way across the country and back - it's fully retardo and why I'm changing ISPs very soon.
The line itself is NBN, so any ISP will work.
