>restart with windows 10 usb stick
>Install 64 bit windows
>Fails on install with 0xc000021a

Tried restarting in safe mode, resetting bios, etc.

I think the usb stick with windows is fucked. Any recommendations on how to fix/asses?

Have two sticks of RAM
Tried single sticks and swapped them
Still no dice
Why do you think RAM is the issue?

It sounds like the stick. Try creating another one, or try making a Linux USB to see if that works. If it does, you know it's just the USB

Wait how can you restart in safe mode if installation fails?

Download the Windows 10 install tool and have it reformat your USB stick with a fresh downloaded ISO of Win10. If it still fails then get a new USB stick.
