Also internet connecrivity is supplied on motherboards, mine even has wifi.

The monitor is the only thing out of these that actually costs money. Sure you can spend lots of money on the others as well but you could get all those peripherals a prebuilt has for $20 because they're literally the cheapest ones available.

You can get all these peripherals (except display) from china for $20-30 (not each, altogether) as well. The thing is: when building yourself you're inclined to choose quality components from well known brands. This bumps the price significantly but you'll get better stuff as well.
