Yes

Speed Speed Drive to be exact.

Wrong. SSD is for silence. Poor HDcucks have to deal with click clacking, screeching and buzzing

Not sure where you are, but amazon.com has Samsung 850 Evo (500GB) and Crucial MX300 (525GB) for less than $200.

Samsung 850 EVO or ADATA Ultimate SU800
I have experience with both and they are good.

that samsung is spot on 200$ in my eastern euro shithole. i will have to go for it unfortunately. a month on bread ad water and maybe i will survive.

I've just finished my new build with a 250GB SSD for OS + programs and a 1TB SSD for data.
I spent about 400€, which is worth it IMHO for the speed and comfort you get long term. I could have saved 150€ for switching the 1TB with a HDD, but it's not a good way to save on a new build IMHO.
>using hdds in the current year
I've been ssd only for 3 years now, dont regrett a thing.

If they're like 10 years old maybe. Or just don't buy shitty drives.

HDDs stopped making noise in the early 00's.

Weird. I guess I've just been unlucky with my drives then. Most of my drives have started making extra noise after some use. eg. WD Red NAS drives
