Synapse services are only for gayme related shit. There are no drivers to be seen there, want to see drivers open up the Device Manager.
Most of it can safely be removed and the Synapse control panel application is the only one needed for configuring the mouse and it can be forced to stay closed unless you just want to configure the mouse again. You could even remove that but kind of useless to do so.
