Anyone know what this Aux Voltage does? Running my MSI 390 at 1220 Core Clock, want to make it higher but will it help?
Its for aux voltage
It controls AUX voltage.

useless fucks, you know what I mean
You will only need to increase the aux voltage when you have very high overclocks. The power limit limits the amount of power the card can use, so if you overclock it and give it a bit more voltage, the card will use more power. If you don't increase the power limit, the card might throttle back to a slower speed which might cause a sudden drop in fps in a game or benchmark.
Voltage to the auxiliary, dimwit.

Alright I hit my limit on 1200 Core clock speeds, if I increase to 1210 my gpu makes a sound like a persons dry throat and going *ahhhhhhhhhhh* but low pitched. What is happening here?

Coil whine probably

Dangrous to go any higher then?
