How long would an iPhone SE last? I'm a manlet with tiny hands.

Many years to come. An iPhone 4s still has ample performance for social media, messaging and calls.

Have you actually used one lately? The one I gave my mom runs like dogshit, even compared to a Nexus 4...which is opposite to that of when they were new.
I'm using a 6S, and its performance is virtually that of, a 7. We'll see how the next major update goes. I'm foreseeing another 1-2yrs at most. I expect the coming update to put a decent dent on performance, but not enough to frustrate me. Just enough to make me notice.
At <$150 for an SE though, I wouldn't be concerned about its longevity. It's far better performing, than any "budget" phone, with their camera that's "pretty good", but not nearly as good as flagships.
