Anyone wear these blue light blocking glasses? I don't need prescription glasses, but I was thinking about getting some of these as I'm staring at screens for 12+ hours a day

Inb4 flux. I don't like it and I watch muh stories on a TV before bed anyways

I have Bluetecs, they are excellent. I can stare at screens for days without eye pain. Very mild yellow tint, definitely improves contrast.

I have a set of gaymer gunnars I got a couple of years back cus I could get my boss to justify the cost as an occupational expense.

I wore them on and off for a few weeks and then never again. They're annoying. I use flux all the time, it's better.

Really disappointing desu
