It's not an issue for me desu, I like it when shit is flat as long as it relies on CONTRAST to differenciate elements, rather than COLORS which makes everything blurry and gay.

I always liked that they had a search function, so finding stuff in the clusterfuck they call an interface was easier.
This flat theme looks like it takes up more space and the search seems to be removed.

If they wanted to improve on the system settings, they should make the search consistent, so it worked all the way through and not just on the top layer.
