Nexus 7 2013 does and has good resolution compared to most non-apple tablets. However Google no longer update Nexus products with new versions of android.

I use the fire hd 8. Great tablet for the price. Doesn't come with Google play but it isn't too hard to put on. You don't have to root it.

I watch netflix and bought a 128gb microsd for my vids. I use mx player.

Screen is a little better than 720p and is fast enough for watching videos or doing light browsing. I use chrome.
