People are going to try to fuck with you, OP. But you really do need a linux kernel to get anything done since android is built upon linux. Gentoo is easily the most adept linux distro with a lot of rebuilt tools to hack android games. Post here again once you're done installing it.

Delete sys32 in windows, then install Gentoo, then check your inbox.
That order otherwise your bootloader will be fucked.
