The cost of GPUs and RAM sticks is ass raping expensive anymore. Compare the cost of their GPUs versus what you can find from retailers.

this Year is the only time i've ever reconmending prebuild usually because airflow and skiping on quailty parts.

But a prebuild is the only way to get a quaitly GPU and CPU.

The 9590 did not come with a wraith. Some really high end air coolers could cool it but water was always recommended.

If you don't really know what you're doing, I would suggest buying a prebuilt as well.

If you don't want a new motherboard, Athlon x4 860k is a good pick, used they're cheap. If you want anything newer you'll need a new motherboard too.
Newer shit, R3 1200 for basic quad-core stuff, or R5 1500/1600 for moar coars
GTX 1050ti for 1080p/60fps medium/high in current AAA games, 1060 for maxed 1080p
Or RX 550 for esports, 560 or 460 for similar but less performance compared to a 1050ti, anything higher AMD is being bought up by buttcoin miners

If you go with the Athlon, you can also do an older gpu generation, a 750ti is still pretty good, as is a 760/770, same with a 950-970, or an R9 270 or 280, but be careful with your PSU on older AMD, an R9 280x is a 300w card
