I couldnt get natural scrolling work on my laptop with antergos with gnome. I searched for solutions but none of them worked, one solution made my system not displaying the desktop environment, i had to revert the changes through CLI. I gave up, installed ubuntu 17.10 daily build and now everything just werks

Arch is Gentoo for brainlets.

Arch is the best. Antergos is okay for quickly trying it out, but I feel more comfortable with Arch since you get to set it all up yourself.

It is an OK Arch based distro for those who are lazy to install from terminal.
There was only one or two major fuckup, since I started using it. That is about 1 per year.
