I've been using Vivaldi to replace Firefox since it has native vertical tabs. Performance is good and I am coping well, having video problem (keeps stopping after playing for like 2 seconds and wont play) though that aren't present on iridium, so that's annoying. Already disabled by default in Firefox. Firefox without EME can be downloaded from the official Mozilla page. EME in Firefox runs in a sandbox so there's literally nothing running unless the page requests it.

It was so fast and over night that google has monopoly over everything and its beginning was a straight up government sponsored spy tool.
They control the internet traffic now.

Dammit, Google is just simply too convenient. Being able to easily sync between my phone, laptop and PC is just too good. What sort of alternative can anyone propose?

theres literally a million things that offer syncing. what are you syncing? windows 10 has tons of syncing features coming out in the october update, plus other alternatives depending on what youre doing
