Ex employee here, I can confess that it is pretty common to entertain ourselves by checking what other people are putting on the platform. If you work for the company as a dev or support person, you have access to everything.

Scariest shit I was shown was someone's poison handbook, with notes on effects on someone unnamed. We raised the issue to management, who shut it down saying that if we ever went to the police with this story, we would lose our userbase overnight.
