This isnt about which is better, clearly IPS is. This is about, should i really get it for my needs. I dont do graphical work but i will watch the odd movie or porn on occasion.
I want two monitors to put into dual mode(side by side) preferably max 23 inch each monitor.

Got both, TN has better colors but is bright as fuck and hurts your eyes. IPS has worse colors but has that yellow tint that's better if you stay on your pc for a long time.

Also consider VA panels if media consumption is your top priority. Has better contrast and deeper black levels than IPS and TN.

Imagine a world where everyone in the world(or most people) are RFID chipped. Now imagine that there are readers places all over country that gather telemitry or location data based upon you passing by a reader. The reader would also include vitals(heartbeat and body temp).
Short of Organized crime or government action, Crime would drop drastically as every persons location would be known. Better algorithms and ai will be utilized to prevent crime(pre-crime).
