Make the icons smaller. I would suggest Min icon pack. Then remove the bottom ones or put them in a folder. When I do that, I make the folders tap to open the first app, then swipe up to open the folder. Remove the drawer icon and add a gesture to open it. I prefer double tap on a blank area, some prefer swipe up. Hide the status bar and make your own music player or get one with Zooper/KWGT/KLWP. Also, unless you're left handed, flip the wallpaper where she faces right and move your icons there too. Also look into getting some thinner fonts. Other than that, you're okay.

Thats zooper widget. Thats how it is but blends well with the wallpaper imo. I cant really do anything with 2 clocks because my phone is not rooted and statusbar clock is too small to look at
