It would be nice if someone could figure out and fix the problem mentioned at http://forum.timsky.ru/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10706#p14020.
3 years too late.

It's never too late.

Or if the forums had more members discussing bugs, etc. of Opera 12.15.

Your forums are all in Russian. Even the post button is in Russian. So is the registration. There's no English setting either. Nobody is going to post in your forum because nobody on /g/ knows fucking HOW. Your best bet would be to go check out /k/. They don't give a shit about this but the chance of someone speaking Russian is 1000X better.
Also any news about the updated security protocols?

1. They aren't my forums. I'm just a member of them. I posted about wanting to get the forums to be in the language of the user when he/she isn't logged in to it.
2. OpenSSL was updated 1.0.1u but the guy who updated it doesn't know how to get Opera 12.15 to recognize them.

It turns out its because of the checking of the first cipher mentioned in the dialog box that is available for viewing by going to:

The web has moved on. Just move to a newer codebase, stupid nostalgia fag.

1. Yes, it is.
2. I haven't found one.
