Hi, i cant find any reviews of this tv. Its entry-level 1080p HDR TV. I want max 40 inch HDR TV (there isnt any 4K @ this size) And i was thinking if it will be any better than my 25" PC monitor
I wouldn't recommend using any television as a monitor. I've tried It once, probably since it was a Westinghouse TV that's why it seemed like a terrible option.

Look up a manual and read it carefully.
I have an older KDL-32L5000 that I use as a monitor. Since mine is older the display is actually 720p natively but it can accept a 1080p hdmi signal and downscale it internally. However, IF it's a computer signal (no idea how it even detects this) then it doesn't accept a 1080p signal.
This one is much newer so I kind of doubt it will have a problem like that but if you are using it as a PC monitor then you should be aware that it may perform at different specs than when it's used as a TV.
