I have reason to believe I'm being targeting with call spam by someone living in Canada, they're somehow using US numbers does anyone know what method they might be using? Is it call spoofing apps, are they paying for some service, I'm very curious as to how they might be doing that.

Organizations such as FireRTC offer a service where you could spoof numbers for free
