There already is a TempleOS. You can create your own TempleOS distro, or your own OS compatible with TempleOS, or your own nothing-to-do-with-TempleOS OS.
Copy the source code and replace all instances of "TempleOS" with "My Own TempleOS"

What you need to do is study Temple OS. Study the divine code. Then maybe in a decade (or whenever Terry decides, I forget) you will get to contribute to the update.
