Damn that's cool, incredible. I work for a pretty major tech company and we have a blind guy that works for us. I don't know anything about him but when I saw him and his dog in the elevator I was like wtf how could he even function in this company, and what is he doing in this building (the particular building only houses developers and other highly technical folks and no call center or support staff). I should ask around about him.

I can understand the English one pretty well, I have trauma induced tinnitus which makes it not 100% reliable but I feel like if I didn't have that I could manage. If that's the case I bet anyone could use it if they slowly ramped up.

Since to you there's not much difference between 3D and 2D, I'd suggest trying hentai, if you can deal with the high pitched voices. The characters usually describe what's happening, and the sounds effect are plentiful. You could either learn Japanese or look for (fan)dubbed versions.
Hentaihaven.org is a pretty good free streaming site (and hopefully accessible, at least it looks so), although I'm not sure if they have dubbed versions.
I'd suggest:
