What browser extensions / addons can /g/ not live without? Personally I've always used some sort of ad blocker. Other than that I am very curiuos to see what I've been inevitably missing out on
Cookies manager
HTTPS Everywhere
Honey
Privacy Badger
Secure Sanitizer
Tab Mix Plus
Save Image in Folder
uMatrix, only extension that needs to be installed. Everything else is just bloat.
bump
Tree Style Tabs
HTTPS Everywhere
uBlock Origin
uMatrix
Cookie AutoDelete
Violentmonkey
VimFx
>>62156367
You can use uMatrix to manage your cookies.
>>62154389
ublock
https everywhere
4chan-x
brainlet here. is umatrix + decentraleyes redundant?
>>62154389
ublock
video download helper
download manager thing
download youtube
adnauseum
disconnect
greasemonkey
downthemall
omnibar
smartvideo for youtube
tab auto reload
yet another smooth scrolling
If you use anything more than HTTPS Everywhere + ublock/generic adblocker, you're just being an overly paranoid faggot. Anything beyond the two addons I mentioned is just placebo for autists like you that doesn't actually accomplish shit but'll gladly reduce browser performance.
>not uBlock
Step up.

ublock origin
Ones I can't use my browser without
>uBlock
>HTTPS Everywhere
>4chan X
Ones I could probably live without but keep around for personal convenience:
>Checker Plus for Gmail
>Easy Auto Refresh
>Full Page Screen Capture
Trivial that I could probably be without but I enjoy anyway:
>Video Resumer
>ImprovedTube
>FastDial
>Stylish

uBlock Origin
HTTPs Everywhere
4chan X
Tampermonkey w/ Onee Chan
>>62154460
I´m their fan since httpswitchboard
Greasemonkey or whatever the new forks are
Redirector
ublock

Imagus is the first extension I install, and far more important to me than an ad blocker honestly
Imagus first, ublock origin next, everything else after
Also, to anyone on 4chan who uses imagus - the 4chan filter requires a small fix. Go to imagus filter options, type 4chan, and change the "3" to a "5".

adnauseam
HTTPS Everywhere
NoScript
uBlock Origin
>>62158758
No

Cookie AutoDelete
HTTPS Everywhere
uMatrix
NoScript (with blocking disabled)
Privacy Badger
Decentraleyes/Local CDN
Link Cleaner
Shapeshifter
Some things are probably redundant

Does Honey really save you much? Seemed like a scam or gimmick to me, so never installed. Why is it an addon instead of just a normal website?
>>62154389
Noscript to block non-free javascript.
HttpsEverywhere replace just the prefix http:// by https://? it's all?
>>62154389
OpenWith is mighty
Oh shit, ublock doesn't work anymore.
>>62162316
all javascript is free
>>62161392
>Imagus
Thanks! Pretty handy and smooth.
If you like searching try websearch pro or drag and drop zones.

why imagus when there is 4chanx?
>>62161392
Doesn't seem to work on facebook, keeps loading on any picture.
ublock origin
4chan x
smart https
cookies manager
pure url
Blur
Tampermonkey
HTTPS everywhere
uBlock Origin
>>62157028
Not in the same way though. uMatrix is simply block/allow. Cookie AutoDelete lets me control how long my allowed cookies stay around.
There's too many redundant privacy add-ons and it sickens me seeing bloated 20+ add-on lists when half of them do the same damn thing and the other half haven't been updated in 5 years, so here's the bare essentials:
ublock origin
HTTPS Everywhere
Tab Mix Plus
Stylus
Greasemonkey (or tampermonkey or violentmonkey, in the dawn of Furshit 57, no one is a clear cut winner yet)
DownThemAll
umatrix (disable if it's too intimidating for you, just keep it on hand in case)
userscripts:
adsbypasser
4chan x
oneechan
x-links
Always looking to add more to this list, what do you think I should add?
>>62162671
>why imagus when there is 4chanx?
Imagus works on every site
In addition, imagus is far more useful - you can zoom into images, save them far more easily, copy them, copy the link to them, etc...
>>62162754
>Doesn't seem to work on facebook, keeps loading on any picture.
look at the filters, you can set them yourself
or ask on the subreddit, the creator is responsive as well
>>62164555
uMatrix is too much for most users (in neo-/g/ too). uBlock Origin in advanced mode with 3rd party scripts and frames blocked is the sweet spot imo
I don't use any. I only visit a small number of sites and they all offer HTTPS without the need for anything on the browser.
Coincidence Detector, of course.
What is the best extension for deleting flash cookies?
>>62154389
uBlock Origin. The only thing I use.
uBlock origin
VimFx
Stylish
Greasemonkey
First two are the ones that I really need, last two are just there for convenience. Also, should I get uMatrix? I already use no thrird party scripts or frames on uBlock, what does uMatrix offer?
