It doesn´t delete an .exe from the virus chest.
I deleted the original file, even though Windows blockaded it at first, by moving it elsewhere.

There are some "special" priviligeses in the settings, which aren´t even available to the administrator

How about you use a antivirus that isn't shit?
Like kaspersky or eset
You can get free keys for eset if you search enough
